Starlinki and xr500

I am looking to get starlink as we have nothing where i am moving, Does anyone here use starlink and the xr500 ? how well does it work  and what is the latency? and are there any jitter ms?

Hopefully someone does, I'm interested to hear more about it too!

If no one has I'll get it and check it out and report back could take up to 6 months to get it here in the states

Cool, sound good, I see no reason why it wouldn't work. There's still a modem, the only thing that's different is what happens upstream of the modem. Unless there's some proprietary Elon tech between modem and router, though I don't think that's the case.

you can bypasss their modem and go straight to the black service box

As long as the black service box has ethernet input then it should work like that as well

I did try it and had some issues i am going to mess with it some more and see if i can get it working.
