I lost internet connection again this morning about 95 minutes ago. It presented the same way, losing internet as I went to start a video on my phone. My PC was off at the time. I disconnected my phone from WiFi for at least an hour, reconnected it, and it reacquired the same reserved IP address as before. When I booted my PC after 1 hour, it failed to acquire its reserved IP address. Using my phone, I rebooted the router via the DumaOS app, and now my PC acquired an IP address, and everything has an internet connection again.

OK a dev has made a couple of changes in the backend. If you could monitor this for us and let us know if it occurs again that'd be really helpful.

It just crashed again about 5-10 minutes ago. My iPhone lost its IP address and could not reacquire the reserved address. My PC retained its reserved address, but couldn't open the interface and couldn't ping the router.

Something crashed about an hour ago. I rebooted the router and it’s back to normal.

Thanks for letting us know, I can see the reboot but not what caused it, what was the behaviour/symptoms?

I wanted to confirm that it still hasn’t crashed. May I ask what changes you most recently made? I think they worked.

Brilliant to hear that! I'll get Liam to comment tomorrow about this

The power went out in my house today, so the router was forced to reboot. Were there any temporary settings set by you guys that I may have lost? Also, I noticed that a new firmware was released. Do you recommend that I download and install it?

I don't believe so, no. Any changes should be maintained with a reboot, if it resets entirely there may be a problem but otherwise you should be all fine.

These changes should also be included in the latest firmware though, so feel free to download and install that, you can safely factory reset afterwards too.
