All of a sudden when I turned on my ps5 the other night the r2 wouldn't connect to the internet. I have tried all the troubleshooting I have found and have had no success getting it to work.

Would greatly appreciate some help.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum guys!

Are you both able to access the DumaOS interface?

Is the NetdumaR2 Wi-Fi network still visible and can you connect to it?

Follow the password conversion method here and see if that allows you to connect http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000117883-i-ve-received-the-r2-but-the-wifi-password-doesn-t-work

Got on to the dashboard. Now the router keeps cutting in and out. Any suggestions? Do I need an update?

Disable WiFi on the router, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then enable WiFi on the router, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then access and see if it is better. What devices/services did you try to add? More than one on the same device?

No I am not able to connect at all. Power lights come on the router still but I am not able to connect at all.

Are you connected to the R2 via ethernet or Wi-Fi?

Could you please do the following while connected to the R2 via ethernet (Windows Only):

  1. Hit Winkey + R and enter cmd
  2. In the command prompt that appears ipconfig
  3. Send over a screenshot of the output.
