You could try going to System Information -> Installed Rapps -> Click the three-line menu and change the number of retries to 5. Then reboot the router from the interface and see if you continue to get the same issue.

Im done trying

The netduma is not keeping up at all with my devices. I got home today and my gaming PC had no internet at all. I had to unplugged my security systems cameras so my pc would work. I even have QoS off and not working. This is how it look now. The router is great and works for geofilter but after 3 days it will not keep my devices online. My netgear RAX 80 does keep all of them. I feel frustraded that I have continue to try different methods with no results. Now my wife wont have netflix because Im gaming. It is very frustrating.

Update: So tonight I was gaming and streaming. The router decided to crash on me and I couldnt even login to it. I spent about 20mn and the Rapp didnt want to load up. My son lost internet and my wife netflix went down. I give up and refuse to continue to try  anything else. Ive been trying for 4 days and nothing working for me. The Netgear RAX 80 working perfect without issues. Can you direct me to get a refund. Thanks

Did you factory reset after the proposed solution in the PM?

I did what you sent me on PM. I will try tomorrow Sunday again and let you know. I think is more of a problem with router.

So After 2 1/2 hours of trying everything you guys recommended from DHCP reserving IP (on and off), resetting, firmware, rebooting my modem and home network I still cant keep all devices running at same time while connected. Here are my issues:

-My security system LAN camera (outside camera) will not stay connected
-Wireless camera connected fine

-When my gaming PC and son pc are connected at same time, my Roku in my bedroom wont connect to LAN (wife's Roku). If I connect Roku wireless if connects and disconnects randomly.

-My Roku Stick on living room and 2 fire sticks will not connect at same time. 1 will work and others wont connect. I would have to reset the network and connect as priority.

To all of this I have use QoS always, Auto-Enable and never settings and got same results with my devices. Im in the military so my good friend with 10 years of experience in networking and as a 25B Information Technology Specialist tried to help me and came to same conclusion that I had in mind.

The router does not support all my devices at same time and cant handle them.

Please understand that I have a Netgear RAX80 and I have no issues with any of my devices (QoS on and off). The Netduma R2 router works flawlessly with Geofilter on and helps me find the closest and best server around. I really like it but if it cant keep up with my devices I cant use it. When you have your wife and kids coming every 10mn complaining that internet is down of disconnected its very frustrating. When you security camera cant stay connected its also a problem. Maybe there is an issue with the unit like my friend said. This has been a long week and havent been able to get it to work. I really appreciate all the help but  I would like to request an RMA and move forward. Im cant continue to go back and forward when I tried everything Ive been advised.

Respectfully

Thanks for trying everything, we've never seen an issue like this on any router powered by DumaOS and I can't think as to what the issue might be at this point. Please email [email protected] with a link to this topic and your order number and we can organize a replacement.

I apologize it took me a bit to reply but I travel a lot due to my job. Im not interested on a replacement and would like a refund by returning the unit. I really dont want to go through this again if the replacement unit doesnt meet expectations. I travel a lot and if I set it up and has issues I wont be home to fix the internet for wife and kids. MY Netgear RAX 80 is been working perfect so im using it until I find something better. I do apologize for the whole issue.  I heading to Canada for 2 weeks so I prefer to take care of this as soon as possible. Thanks again!

Sorry to hear that, I can understand your thinking there. Please email [email protected] and we can organise a return for you.
