Warzone - No Server Tic Rate / Packet Rate

Happy Easter everyone!

 

I’ve noticed recently that when I’m playing Warzone, I can only see the ping of the servers I’m playing on. I can no longer see the tic rate or packet upload dl rate, any ideas why?

Thank you, so this is because you're clicking the server and manually pinging it - those stats are only available with Auto Ping i.e. allowing the router to ping the server automatically.

Hi Fraser,

 

One more thing, those stats are now showing but host and client tick rate are both 0?

If you scroll up on the ping panel does it just say zero for each then? If you try and force a different server in the EU do you get the same?

Yes it says 0 for both tick rates, the others show correctly.

It’s the same for any server I select, I’ve never see it display a tick rate correctly

I think this should resolve itself next week once we do a cloud update so could you try again maybe Wednesday evening and let us know if it still occurs please?

Hi Fraser, tick rates are still 0 I’m afraid.

I don't think they've done it yet but in the meantime, what is the modem/router the router is connected to?

Yes I’ve unlocked it so that I can access it’s interface

Okay great, check to see if there are any firewall options enabled and if so delete them and then try again

Ok I just disabled the firewall in the modem and it made no difference

Ok I presume you mean by flushing the cloud? Just tried that to no avail unfortunately

Yes that's right. I think we'll have to wait for the cloud update then unfortunately, hoping it will done by the end of the week

I believe the update was pushed so I'm not sure why you'd still be having this issue, could you just confirm that you're currently running the latest verison - 1.0.3.56?
