Help with understanding the Pings in Diamond Group

so found these diamond looking spots and when you click it it expands with multiple pings.i am trying to connect to the lowest pings but dont want to connect to the higher pings?do i need to set ping assist when doing this so i dont get over 19 ping?

Also the next picture shows the list of pings,before it would show where the black transparent is on the map.now its below?anyone know how to put the list back up there?

Also i notice it would take long time to connect even though im connected to green pings.it would time out and error sometimes.

im on XR500 V2.3.2.108 firmware.the reason i havent updated after that is if i do so then i lose the Heat map option.

Hopefully we can fix that cluster with a cloud update to more accurately display their locations.

In the mean time, you could try searching purely based off of ping assist? You could do this by setting your radius very small and putting it out in the middle of the ocean, then set your ping assist to 30-40.

Yeah it wouild be great if you can fix that cluster to be more accurate for the pings and add the Ping heat map to the new update

What are the issues you're having exactly? Potentially if you have servers available under that ping yes
