Could not detect internet connection

Good evening, i recently got my R2 shiped, and i am having a bit of a problem with it, after i provide my ISP’s username and password and press submit, it says “Could not detect an internet connection” . My previous router is an xr 300 and i am using DumaOs software, thing is with xr300 everything works just fine,  but r2 just wont see my internet and i dont know why. I made a factory reset and tried to update the firmware,  and it only tells me it will last like 2 minutes , but i’ve waited 20+ and still same message! Thanks

Where are you inputting your ISPs username and password? Is this needed for PPPoE?

Have you completed the setup wizard? If so go to Settings > WAN > PPPoE and enter it in there and apply. You may then need to reboot the router from the interface, do you get a connection then?

Before i start de setup wizard i get de message that it could not detect an internet conection, not sure why since xr300 can connect without a problem...

Click to enter the internet details manually and then skip past that, finish the wizard and then enter it manually and see if it works.

Ok i have tried that , still not getting a connection. Do you need a video of whats going on or something ?

I’ve managed to connect it , dunno how, i just did like 4th factory reset and it worked .. thank for assistance ! Have a great day :)
