Hue bridge

Hi ti everyone, i have a problem with hue bridge Philips with xr500, the bridge dont connect with the router, led Is Orange, i change the cable, restart the bridge ecc ecc...inside dumaos the modem are the bridge. In my old modem works perfectly. I spend 5 hours ti find a solution. Thanks ti everyone.

Yes the bridge reveal, i have DHCP with the router, Yesterday After restart router the lamps working, but After 5 minutes lose Connection and dont work, i think that LAN Port o wifi system go in standby. Now the third led on hue bridge have the intermittent light

I just had a look online, the bridge doesn't need an internet connection to control all your lights etc unless you are controlling it remotely, is that what you are doing?

Have you tried connecting it with another ethernet cable? 

Disable QoS completely from the Anti-Bufferbloat/Congestion Control 3 line option menu and see if it works better then please.

Yes i have tried with another cable and i try now ti disbled qos and nothin changed

I’ve the hue bridge and it worked fine on my old XR500. The orange light on the router is it’s connection of 100Mbps. If it’s a port issue on the router have you tried a different port?

Just plug and play, never needed to do anything special on any of the routers I have. I can only think it’s a port issue.
