Internet not working. Reset Router now wifi password won't work

I hooked the R2 up as normal nothing. Internet refused to work wifi or LAN.

 

Powered modem on and off nothing 

Powered R2 on and off nothing 

Tried factory reset and now I can't even sign in to the wifi to start the setup process again or even log into the dumaos

Now I just have a dead router.

The default credentials are admin / password but presumably you have been through the setup wizard already so you may have changed this to something else. Try both, if it doesn't work then hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then access with the default credentials.

I cannot sign into the wifi to even make it to the setup screen. I reset the router and the wifi password changed and the original one on the bottom of the router is not going through

When I use the dumaos app on my phone it crashes whenever I enter admin password and I can't even pull it up on my laptop either

Can you access it via a wired connection from your laptop?

As above, are you able to connect via ethernet to complete the setup wizard at all? We're looking at the reports where the WiFi password is changing after a reset currently.

I'm currently at my friend's house using her computer connecting to it locally and I'm stuck here too. It won't connect to it locally and won't let me type the IP address into the web

Update I was able to reset it but now I'm back home and there's no internet available for my devices

OK thanks! Are you connected to the R2 via wired? If so, are you able to access the interface now?
