Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Just to double check, is the ethernet cable from the blue/internet port on the R2 connected to one of the LAN ports on your ISP modem/router? Do you have internet when using the router?

The Rapp store isn't able to be used currently so we don't need to worry about that really, though it will be the same issue.

What is your ISP modem/router model?

I'd recommend you set it up like ISP modem/router > R2 > WiFi extender then see if it is better as it is likely something upstream is blocking it, could be the extender perhaps.

If it was working before, was there any settings changed or anything physically changed prior to the issue occurring?

On the R2 System Information page, on the Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 then reboot the router from the interface and then see whether it works please.

It has its own interface why ?

Because something upstream of the router is blocking the cloud update. Can you provide a screenshot of that interface please?

Also, the extender must be connected to the modem/router to get internet - what did you Internet Service Provider give you?

hi there , I had a similar problem and solved it by unchecking the option to save the time zone, and use it a bit in a game and the function was enabled again.
