karthik
I am getting this error over and over again when trying to use the geo filter screen https://gyazo.com/c2d69d9071515185a299346132a9795b When I click OK, it just comes back up immediately. Netduma Liam
Welcome to the forum! Could you try giving the R2 and quick reboot and see if this clears the message?
karthik
Just tried that, no luck. It also comes at random times. It's not always there.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 15, 2021 Administrators Share Posted February 15, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! Click ok, remove your device from the Geo-Filter. Then in the Device Manager give the PC a PlayStation device type, re-add it to the Geo-Filter and select the manual option. See if it stops after that. karthik
Ok I changed it to PlayStation device type. Will this effect my performance or filtering in anyway?

karthik
I am running an arris rsb8200 connected to the Netduma. I'm not sure what mode it is in. It is just a modem

karthik
I did both. The first time I did it via software, and that gave me issues with detecting internet. So the second time I did it via button on the back and that was perfect in factory resetting.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 18, 2021 Administrators Share Posted February 18, 2021 How is the R2 connected to power, your devices and your modem/router exactly? Let us know the exact ports being used and how they're connected please.
karthik
I am connected to the outlet directly for both the router and modem. The arris modem has a ethernet going to my R2. My R2 is my only router. The rest of the ports on my router are used just for ethernet connections
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 18, 2021 Administrators Share Posted February 18, 2021 So the R2 isn't sharing electricity with any other devices on a power strip? Eth from Arris into the WAN/internet port on the R2?
karthik
That is correct. My R2 is connected directly to the outlet. Yea the Eth cable from Arris into the the WAN/Internet port on the R2. I should add that my internet performance on it's own is amazing. I have low buffer bloat and I am getting amazing speeds on all devices.

karthik
This is really strange. Now I am getting "This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute" for every section. This is after restarting the router.
