Geo filter and Dumaos not responsive.

Is anyone else constantly having issues with dumaos not working. My geofilter is stuck (again) and not allowing me to do anything. I even tried the tour and it’s not launching.

Sorry to hear you're having these issues. What do you mean by it's stuck exactly? What firmware version are you on and what web browser/device are you using to access the interface?

It’s stuck as in I can’t delete the poly draw lines I created. I can’t set my home or use the circle “area” version of the geo filter.  Nothing works. It’s stuck with the drawing I created and let me change it. This happens quite often.

Can you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page please of what it looks like when you can't change those options?

I’ll take a pic next time I turn the pc on. But it literally looks like it does any other time. It just doesn’t let me do anything.

Two pics attached. One is the geo filter. The other is the ping heatmap. I’ve yet to see this screen work. I’m not very happy at all with your OS.

I'd suggest updating your firmware first and foremost, here's a link to the latest version:

Upgrade to that then perform a factory reset afterwards and you should be good to go.

You have .123 or .179?

Did you perform a factory reset after the upgrade?
