Hybrid VPN

So I have my laptop on set up on devices not to VPN the device, yet when I check my IP address it is still shows the VPN address any idea why this is?

Just to clarify, you've selected Do NOT VPN these services, is that right? If so then that means it applies to the whole device - if you were to add a service it would apply to the whole device except that service. If you don't want to VPN the device switch to Only VPN these services and don't add anything or just remove the device completely from the VPN.

I tried addin gthe PS4 using PureVPN and it wont connect to the PS Network. Says the IP may violated the rules. Does PureVPN work with PS4?

I've responded in the other thread you posted in, but let's keep it on this one from now.

You may need to setup the Network settings again on the Playstation, they also occasionally want you to 'Test the network connection' before it actually let's you connect.
