joel82
Does anyone have any advice on how to stop getting these error codes?
Netduma Liam
This is often fixed with a reboot, could you please try rebooting the R2 and seeing if the issue persists?
joel82
I had rebooted about 3 times. This error happens randomly when making changes to QOS. Was hoping for a more permanent fix.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 22, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 22, 2021 What firmware version are you on? Is this after upgrading to the beta? If so, when you upgraded did you do a factory reset afterwards?
joel82
I had upgraded to 3.0 beta a few months ago and I did do a factory shortly after. 2-3 weeks ago a did another factory reset to see if that would stop the error codes. During that reset it said it was up to date as far as firmware but I will double check again shortly.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 22, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 22, 2021 .108 is the latest version, is that the one you're on or are you using .104? If 104 upgrade then do a factory reset again and see if that resolves it please.
