Error code

Does anyone have any advice on how to stop getting these error codes?

This is often fixed with a reboot, could you please try rebooting the R2 and seeing if the issue persists?

I had rebooted about 3 times. This error happens randomly when making changes to QOS. Was hoping for a more permanent fix.

What firmware version are you on? Is this after upgrading to the beta? If so, when you upgraded did you do a factory reset afterwards?

I had upgraded to 3.0 beta a few months ago and  I did do a factory shortly after.  2-3 weeks ago a did another factory reset to see if that would stop the error codes. During that reset it said it was up to date as far as firmware but I will double check again shortly.

.108 is the latest version, is that the one you're on or are you using .104? If 104 upgrade then do a factory reset again and see if that resolves it please.

Once complete do a factory reset and see if it is then resolved.

Ok so I got everything updated. But now my pS5 alway shows offline under device manager?

If you do the console network test does it then switch to online?
