wilsonbx198st Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 need some help with the r2 did a factory reset on the router and after the reset it went kaput any help @Netduma Fraser thanks. cant get in the interface at all not respond and the router is extremely hot to the touch.

wilsonbx198st Posted December 12, 2020 Author Posted December 12, 2020 The bottom was extremely hot I turned it off and let it cool for a full 24 hours but it seems it’s dead non of the led are turning on but the power led and computer is not communicating.

Sorry to hear that, I’ll link a Fraser and Liam to help get you support. @Netduma Fraser @Netduma Liam Sorry is the power led on, if so try a factory reset but if that fails hopefully they can sort out a replacement for you.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 13, 2020 Administrators Posted December 13, 2020 Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then release and wait 1-2 minutes before trying to access. If that doesn't work then set a static IP on your PC with the following details: IP - 192.168.77.2 Subnet - 255.255.255.0 Gateway - 192.168.77.1 Then try to access it and see if it works correctly. If not please link this topic in an email to [email protected] with your order number and we can sort a replacement.
