Possibly over heated? How is it positioned. It does not do automatic updates, did you perform any manual updates?

It's still new. I attached a picture so you can see how it's positioned. I did not perform any manual updates. I was just watching at that time when it rebooted.

Also just this morning the internet connection was lost for a couple of seconds then back on. Then it happened again. I have a feeling that it will happen again later. I am looking at the logs here:

Let me know if you guys need more.

I had mine randomly reboot a few times and I think it was a result of it was getting too hot. There are 2 vents on the bottom and the little felt feet on the bottom do not do a very good job elevating the router to allow proper airflow.  Once I placed a couple 1 inch high blocks on the feet to elevate it to allow better air flow underneath, the router itself is MUCH cooler to the touch underneath.  Before it was really hot and the surface it was sitting on was hot.  I would try to elevate the router some either by doing this at least if you have a wire mesh basket, put that underneath it.

Also before I did this, the OS itself inside the router was running REALLY slow and took forever for the different pages in the NETDUMA OS to load.

I would avoid putting a laptop cooler underneath it to push air into the router, that will just trap the hot air inside the case.  If you have a way to use a PC case fan in the pull setup to pull some of the hot air out of the router would be the only case for using a fan.

Also based off your logs change the DHCP lease hours to 168 hours in Settings and see if that helps.

Okay. Just did it. Yesterday it happened again once. Also what would you recommend me do with the DNS servers should I change it to 8.8.8.8 like most ppl do or it doesnt matter?

Let us know how you get on. It doesn't really matter to be honest, it won't give you a better gaming experience.

Okay so today there's at least 3 or 4 times that the internet connection lost but, only for a couple of seconds and different times. So no pattern whatsoever. I think there might be something that's triggering it? Idk. Also there are times I can't access the dumaos says "You're not connected" which is weird because I could surf the web.. I also cannot access my modem.

Edit: So I unplugged and plugged back in the ethernet 1 from modem to router and internet went back... What was that?

Still the same. Currently I have internet connection through ethernet but, both 2.4 and 5ghz no luck. I could access DumaOS and the modem here in PC. In the mobile I can only access DumaOS not the modem.

Still the same. There's internet connection from modem wifi, it's just the R2.

In the modem's settings there's a dynamic dns and it is disabled. I wonder if this might help? This is the description:

Dynamic DNS associates the WAN IP address of your router with a host name. Dynamic DNS automatically updates DNS servers upon WAN IP address change.

Update: Suddenly I can't access DumaOs from both PC and mobile. I now have Internet connection in both Wifi and ethernet.

Do a reboot and see if that allows you to regain access. What happens exactly when you can't access?

It just cant reach the page. Just like when I don't have internet connection. It doesnt even load the red background of dumaos. Just straight to "cant reach this page".

After reboot it's still the same. Could it be some settings in the dumaos or hardware problems? Btw, the 2.4 and 5ghz are blinking on the router.

Got the replacement. I'm trying to set it up through ethernet and it's not connecting to the router.

Update: I have successfully setup the router through wifi. Only through wifi.

Try accessing via the LAN IP instead, 192.168.77.1

Could access the dumaOS in ethernet after the setup through mobile wifi. What could the problem be?
