Cant Accesss DumaOS/ or by using the ip

This link wouldn't go to our website, does it do the same thing as accessing via IP? How are you connected to the router exactly?

Is this a new router? When were you last able to access the interface? Have you changed anything in your network prior to you losing access to the R2?
