R2 stopped providing internet connection

On a sticker on the underside of the router it should give you an IP address and credentials to login to the interface just like the R2

hello good afternoon I have a problem with my netduma R2
I bought it in February it worked fine but I have two days that the reset button does not work, nothing happens and I cannot enter the netduma wep page

enter the help forum and change the static ip and it does not work
I already rebooted for 3 seconds and does not reboot
I changed the cable and nothing happens either
I hope you can help me give a solution

@Luizz Hey, welcome to the forum!

While connected via ethernet to the router open command prompt on the PC and type ipconfig and press enter, then post a screenshot of the results here please.

What do you get when you go to 192.168.1.1 in your web browser? That's when connected direct to the R2 right?

You showed 192.168.77.1 there, what do you get going to 192.168.77.1?

When you say you pressed the reset button did you press it or hold it? If you held it, how long did you do that for?

What are you seeing when you try to access 192.168.77.1?

Did you reserve that IP for the R2 as Fraser suggested? Did you do this from the modem's interface or from the R2's interface?

192.168.15.1 is to enter my modem

set a static IP on the PC itself that is connected via ethernet to the router using this information and this guide (control panel) https://pureinfotech.com/set-static-ip-address-windows-10/
192.168.77.2
255.255.255.0
192.168.77.1
DNS 192.168.77.1
then see if you can access the interface please.

You won't have an internet connection doing that necessarily but can you access the interface with that applied?
