Does the xr500 has PPPoE?

Ok thanks, do you know how do I have to setup the xr500 to achieve an open nat, due to the fact that the isp router cannot be set as bridge mode and with dmz it doesn't work too. I called the technicians and they said they will try to setup pppoe on the xr500 or something like that. Does that sounds good? Thanks in advance.

You shouldn't need PPPoE for an Open NAT. Set the ISP router in bridge mode and then in the XR500 WAN Settings switch NAT to Open and you shouldn't have a problem.

as I said before, bridge mode on my router does not work :(

It's that + the NAT option to open that should give you an open NAT. Otherwise use the WAN IP from the XR System Information page and put that into the DMZ on your ISP router.
