I called the technicians and they said they will try to setup pppoe on the xr500 or something like that. Does that sounds good? Thanks in advance. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 20, 2020 Administrators Share Posted August 20, 2020 You shouldn't need PPPoE for an Open NAT. Set the ISP router in bridge mode and then in the XR500 WAN Settings switch NAT to Open and you shouldn't have a problem.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 20, 2020 Administrators Share Posted August 20, 2020 It's that + the NAT option to open that should give you an open NAT. Otherwise use the WAN IP from the XR System Information page and put that into the DMZ on your ISP router.
