Hi Netduma Team,

I would like to share my issue when accessing Netduma Forums via 4G network. For some reasons whenever I switch to 4G network, I would never be able to access to Netduma Forums. It has always come up with message 'Banned' for whatever reasons. But when I use my fibre internet, everything is fine. I know I haven't been banned because I haven't done anything wrong at all. It must have been glitchy for that. So please acknowledge this issue and help me sort it out.

Cheers

It's probably an IP ban, so you could you find out your public IP when using 4G and then send me a PM with that please and I'll take a look.

Here you go. I’m using Truemove 4G
