Chaiyoabc Posted August 3, 2020 Posted August 3, 2020 Hi Netduma Team, I would like to share my issue when accessing Netduma Forums via 4G network. For some reasons whenever I switch to 4G network, I would never be able to access to Netduma Forums. It has always come up with message 'Banned' for whatever reasons. But when I use my fibre internet, everything is fine. I know I haven't been banned because I haven't done anything wrong at all. It must have been glitchy for that. So please acknowledge this issue and help me sort it out. Cheers
Bert Posted August 3, 2020 Posted August 3, 2020 Probably using Truemove. I have this as well with Truemove.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 3, 2020 Administrators Posted August 3, 2020 It's probably an IP ban, so you could you find out your public IP when using 4G and then send me a PM with that please and I'll take a look.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 5, 2020 Administrators Posted August 5, 2020 Thank you, I've removed your picture to be safe. I've removed the IP ban for that so please see if you're able to browse properly now using 4G.
Bert Posted August 6, 2020 Posted August 6, 2020 I think the whole range on that provider is probably banned. I can’t tell my IP now as I am in Europe where I use a different SIM card.
