Router keeps cutting out one a week and its not my sip or modem

Hi,

Could be lease renewal from whatever's upstream. If you have a router upstream of your XR500, try giving your XR500 a reserved or static IP.

As in what your XR500 is connected to - your ISP hub or a modem in most cases. In Settings > Internet Setup on the XR switch to Static instead of Dynamic and see if that resolves the issue.

Ok I do have a static ip from ISP and have made the changes just have to wait and see if I get cut off again!
