nordvpn setup

bonjour, 

Je suis client chez nordvpn et je n'arrives pas à inserer le fichier de configuration dans le netgear xr500.

Je vais pourtant dans les paramètres avancés du routeur et je glisse la copie que j'ai télécharger mais rien y fais , je ne peu pas cliquer sur valider car il m'ouvre le fichier avec toutes les infos cryptés, je suis obligé de revenir sur la page précédente .

Yes leave your PS4 network settings as automatic and just add it to the VPN, it should be greyed out and that means it has worked. Do a reboot of the PS4 once you have added it to the VPN.

Well I don't know if that can be avoided. VPN traffic will always be sent via certain ports, and the nature of a VPN is do a lot of network address translation, so having that direct port-to-port link might not be possible over VPN. As long as your NAT isn't Strict I don't think you'll have a problem.

Can you explain me why i have a rollback and a lot of lag  with vpn on bo4 ?

Bonsoir cécé,

Tu passe par un VPN donc ta connexion ne prend plus le même chemin, sa peut rallonger le chemin de ta connexion au serveur de jeu et peut-être augmenter ton ping.

Tu es en NAT ouvert avec le VPN ? Ou plutôt modéré ou strict sinon via le VPN tu peux ouvrir les ports.

Si ta du lag sur BO4 essaye de changer de serveurs VPN ta pleins de serveurs, ont c'est jamais peut être un serveur VPN saturé ou charger  ou le chemin que prend la

connexion vers BO4 est charger donc sa passe mal 😉

effectivement je suis en modéré , après ce qui me dérange c'est les rollbacks, je vais jeter un oeil sur les ports du vpn

VPN appears to be set up properly. Open NAT with VPNs can be difficult as they may block ports themselves. As mentioned, adding a VPN means that it takes longer for you to connect to the game, it depends what the reason for connecting to a VPN is but if you select the closest VPN server to you the lag will be minimized.
