Well i cant open the link provided by you. There copule reason youbmay connect to people outside you geo range.

 

Strict mode is off or ping assist is is working and finding host outside your range or browswer you are using is displaying worng.

 

Here is how to go about those.

Yebs i was able to jump on a laptop just now and have been able to see you picture. The links provided by me and pollutionblues are still very useful to read to get a better understanding fo routers fatures and how it works.

 

the quick fix for it is to set ping assist to zero. witch means you are disableing it.

 

at the same time if you are pinging this host a a low rate like lest say 30ms it may be miss located serv and its good to post his id etc in this thread.

In your picture, it shows two circles outside your GeoFilter. One of them was connected to via ping assist. The other one was a whole circle though which you shouldn't have connected to. You can read this to see the possible reasons for connecting to hosts outside of the GeoFilter :) Finally. you might find it useful to read this which explains what all of the symbols on the GeoFilter mean.
