Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 21, 2019 Administrators Posted September 21, 2019 Disable Ping Assist completely by putting it to 0. Then remove the device from the Geo-Filter, then flush the cloud. Then re-add the console and try again.

Nothing will happen after that and you don't need to do it again, then you can follow the rest of the steps I mentioned before.
