I believe it has to be 12 volt 1 amp

Hey, welcome to the forum!

As above, check the power adapter you have at the moment (I assume they didn't chew through the actual plug part) and check the voltage and then you can replace it with any that match.

He managed to get it unplugged from the wall and the router and the whole thing is shredded haha. I can’t even read the part on the head.

 

would you happen to know what Voltage and amp I need to buy?
