If you're not getting the speeds with super turbo mode then that may be the max speed you're able to get. I assume this is via ethernet? Are you using PPPoE?

No, I'm using cable. (spectrum). Time to downgrade my internet speed then.

I mean are you wired to the router when doing the test? What is your physical setup?

Ethernet cable.

You could try connecting a computer directly to the modem via ethernet to see if the speeds are better. If they're not, then your line can't handle what you pay for.

I get what I pay for when Modem>computer no problem there, but when I connect my R1 my speeds are reduced.

When entering your expected speeds in bandwidth settings did you allow it to set up for you or did you change settings manually to try and get speeds? Try the former if you haven't and see if that resolves it. Do you know if your ISP does IPv6 by default?

I changed things manually, I have only IPv4 Internet service at this time.

Without the R1 I am getting what I am paying for the problem is the R1 cutting my speed to 150 Mbps where I should be getting 460Mbps.

In the bandwidth settings change the speeds to 999/999 then allow it to auto setup for you, do you get faster speeds that way?

Any other suggestion the R1 still can't handle any more than 150Mbps sure without I'm getting 460Mbps. I tried your above suggestion but still did not work.

Are you able to change settings on the Hitron at all? Does it have energy efficient Ethernet?

No, it is not possible to log in it seems. I'm getting a new modem in the process the Hitron has the puma 7 chipset which has problems to a CM600.

Okay maybe best to wait then until you have the new modem and see if the issue is still there

I changed my modem to the CM 600 still no difference. Any ideas?

Have you ever had a router you used previously with this IP/these modems? If so try setting the R1 MAC address to the IP address of the previous router and then reboot and retest please.

No, I havent I had always used the R1 for the last 4 years.

Very strange issue, have you done a factory reset, input bandwidth and allowed it to auto setup and then test immediately? Have you tried different ethernet ports on the router to see if one is faulty?

Yes, I have done all the above I could get 460Mbps without the R1.

In that case, I'd refer to my first post and say that it seems like that's your max limit for some reason. Have you ever had higher than this on the router?

No, never this is my first time with 460 Mbps. I always had less than 100 internet speed package.
