Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 30, 2019 Administrators Posted June 30, 2019 Perform a reboot first from the 'i' in the top right of the interface, if that doesn't resolve it then do a factory reset which is found in the same place as the reboot button.

wyoming Posted June 30, 2019 Author Posted June 30, 2019 I re-booted and that seems to have done the trick. It still seems rather slow, would a factory re-boot speed things up any? I get that it's older hardware running a newer OS, just wanting to weigh my options.
Administrators Netduma Alex Posted July 1, 2019 Administrators Posted July 1, 2019 A factory reset might speed things up. The R1 is somewhat dated now and was originally intended for the original R1 firmware. This is why we still consider DumaOS for R1 to be a beta product.
