kava05
When trying to connect to geo filter it allows me to connect, but when I do it disconnects me from game chats and parties on xbox one. I have tried deleting my console on the geo filter even restarting my NETGEAR router the problem still occurs. PLEASE HELP!
BIG__DOG
are you using upnp. Have you tried adding your console to dmz to see if it sorts your problem?

Administrators Netduma Admin Posted January 7, 2019 Administrators Share Posted January 7, 2019 Hi Kava - sounds like a NAT issue. Please re-enable UPNP and then follow this guide: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat After that, make sure you white list your friend using the Allow feature (guide here: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000089132-how-to-use-allow-and-deny-on-dumaos) Also keep in mind that if you are NOT the party leader, you should toggle Geo-Filter to spectating mode. Otherwise you won't be able to connect to games that the party leader has joined.
