Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 4, 2019 Administrators Share Posted January 4, 2019 Is the device added to the Geo-Filter at all, even in Spectating Mode? If so delete it does that improve it? Disable QoS completely from Anti-Bufferbloat options, does that resolve it?
kinel
Well at the moment i am running the old firware so i cant do antibuffer bloat i am runnin fw 1.306j i think
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 4, 2019 Administrators Share Posted January 4, 2019 I can't be certain what the cause would be without you being on DumaOS to check what settings I get you to change as I am just theorising at the moment

Administrators Netduma Admin Posted January 8, 2019 Administrators Share Posted January 8, 2019 Could you post a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please - if it’s in Spectating Mode then you won’t be filtering anything. Also, what is your NAT type when you test it on your console?
kinel
I cant take a pic for a few difrent reasons atm Also my console is always nat type 2 Like i said before my exact same setup on orignal netdumar fw 1.306 j worked sam e exact setup It was working til i put a device on geo filter I now have deleted all devicds off geo filter since yesterday still keeps disconnecting not as ofter but about one a half hour The reason i have no devices selected is you told me to do that before in a pervious post I hope it makes sence now
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 8, 2019 Administrators Share Posted January 8, 2019 I think the Geo-Filter is a coincidence as its happening without anything added. When you get disconnected can you immediately look in the log file please and copy and paste here what appears

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 8, 2019 Administrators Share Posted January 8, 2019 Very odd, can you re-add the device please and then when it happens again grab the log and we can have a developer take a look.
