psiphon stopping router working when enabled

as per title the reason im using it is to get automatic downloads via rss feeds in utorrent but with it enabled cant access the router. is there any reason for this?

I'm assuming because routers can restrict you that it's trying to bypass it as much as possible - based one the very brief summary I've read that's my takeaway from it. Likely PC DNS is the router LAN IP but the software is blocking that completely which inadvertently is blocking access to the interface. You could perhaps try setting a static IP on the PC itself with a public DNS and see if that resolves it. If not probably what I said before.

thanks for the fast reply fraser. i have got round it now without having to use pshipon to achive what  im trying to do.
