Zennon
Input your bandwidth into the set bandwidth tab (bandwidth from speed test at speedtest.net) I set mine to 70 each way, work's out well so others on your network do not make you lag.
lukasz
I do exact same thing as Zennon keep both of silders at 70 I run fiber optic virgin media 100mb. There is very little usage of other users so that reserv i give may gaming is more then enough. 70 on both i think is the recomendet set..but many users tweak that to personal preferences.... Depending on what is your internet speeds i would start form 70/70 and see how it goes maybe twicked it maybe nott
