Are you on the previous firmware for example 1.03.6j please let me know the version if old firmware by scrolling to the bottom of any page on the interface and copy and paste what you see here or are you on an earlier version of DumaOS? I want to know if it's a problem with the file itself or if the router will let you update to the same firmware you're on, could you try that please? Ocurre lo mismo se queda cargando y no hace nada la final. tambien trato de resetear el moden de manera manual en el boton ( reset) y no lo hace.
