ok under LAN when should I address reserve an IP to my xb1x? is only when I use port forwarding or dmz or should it also be when I use UPNP? I am playing wired.

also should I leave my anti bufferbloat setting on always or on only when high priority is on?

Reserve ip address when you port-forward or dmz. It is not necessary when you use upnp. 

I prefer to use when high priority is detected that way when I am not gaming I get my full speeds.

thank you. I have an open NAT and ping plotter test come back good but I seem to have this very small 1-3ms delay, but I believe taking my xb1x off the address reserve fixed it.
