Not getting ISP speeds from XR500 speed test

I'm not able to get my ISP speeds with the Xr500 speed teset. I haven't had issues with the R1 getting above 200mbps. I'm getting less than 100 on the xr500. please help

Put expected speeds in Anti-Bufferbloat options then set to never, do you get full speeds through speedtest.net when wired?

The speedtest isnt that great, i get about 300 on the internal speed test, but i get 485 on dslreports and 480ish on speedtest.net selecting my own server

then input the speeds manually from the server you selected as that is probably closer to you than that of the XR500. I have 6 possible server selections on speedtest.net all within 20 miles of me and 3 of them are a lot less than what I should be getting. Sometimes speedtest.net selects 1 of those that is a poorer quality server. It is not the XR500 that is at fault rather that the speedtest server is not the best selected.
