Crozzy Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 I must start by saying over a LAN cable I have no issues, couldn't be happier. Recently over wifi how ever I keep experiencing complete drop outs of the wifi having to either wait around 5 mins for it to come back or having to hard reset each time which is something I don't really want to do. Any Help would be greatful. My current set up is BT HomeHub 5 (I think) into Netduma R1. Thanks In advance James
Zennon Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Turn off wifi on the HH and untick the wifi work around in settings Misc
bagsta69 Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Or get rid of the HH if possible, I just use the R1.
Crozzy Posted June 19, 2015 Author Posted June 19, 2015 I have tried turning on and off the work around setting. When you say turn off the wifi on HH? do you mean completely turn the device off or disable wifi on it?
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted June 19, 2015 Netduma Staff Posted June 19, 2015 You could also try a different Wifi channel. To find out the best one use on of these tools to find the least congested one
