FlexJ Posted May 10, 2018 Share Posted May 10, 2018 with the testing i have done yesterday. with the radius on the UK/ Ireland only. it will try and connect to the servers in the EU but it backs me out of the game. then i re connect to a uk server and it puts me into a game. so i can confirm on my end the geo-filtering is working for me. When blocked will attempt to load into the game then back you out into the lobby. Im home early fraser if you want me to do some fortnite on us east I'll PM. We've verified that it works and will likely put out a cloud update (which you don't need to do anything in order to receive). We'll let you know should we require more testers. Not the cloud with congestion control. Docsis 3.1 features Docsis-PIE which is it's own congestion control for the upload spectrum and could be why so many are seeing upload spikes on their end.
