Buster Posted April 23, 2018 Posted April 23, 2018 So I get the following error code when i try to adjust the sliders or interact with the QOS on the xr500, I am on V2.2.1.10
BIG__DOG Posted April 23, 2018 Posted April 23, 2018 Hi. Hopefully someone from Netduma will respond to your quiery in due course, my modem has died so I am not using my xr500 at the moment. You could try a factory reset to see if this fixes your problem.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 23, 2018 Administrators Posted April 23, 2018 Do you get this error on the QoS page itself when changing settings or just when pinned? If just when pinned, unpin then pin and try again, is it resolved then?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 23, 2018 Administrators Posted April 23, 2018 Did you notice when it started occurring? Do a factory reset, does that fix it?
Buster Posted April 23, 2018 Author Posted April 23, 2018 Did you notice when it started occurring? Do a factory reset, does that fix it? It was working fine yesterday, got home today, went to move the sliders from 100% to 70% and that error code came up. I will do a factory reset.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 23, 2018 Administrators Posted April 23, 2018 I've seen that error rarely so if you can find reproducible steps that'd be really helpful so we can fix it.
