purpleandgold33
What is this red circle? I have strict on and this shows up. Never seen this before. Super strange.
RL317
You have more than one device enabled on the geofilter? I usually only see red dots for device one, although I have used the filter for the same console's WiFi IP at times but that gives me green dots if I recall correctly. pollutionblues
As IIIRL said, you have another device added to the geofilter, each geofilter slot shows a different colour of icons. Red, green, blue and I can’t remember the fourth colour off the top of my head (perhaps yellow?)
purpleandgold33
Thanks, I think my kids were on it with the other laptop fiddling. They always disable it to play fortnite.

Administrators Netduma Admin Posted April 15, 2018 Administrators Share Posted April 15, 2018 As the guys have said, I think there must be another device added to your Geo-Filter. Remove any unwanted devices from the top and you should no longer have this problem
