pollutionblues
Run an internet diagnostics test and post a screenshot of the results here. You can also run PingPlotter for a more detailed test of your line. Follow this guide: http://forum.netduma.com/topic/23881-ping-plotter-quick-guide/ I have moved this thread into the General Support section
pollutionblues
It could also be a visual bug, meaning your ping isn’t as high as it appears. Maybe need tech support to check my R1. Any help greatly appreciated Are you referring to the geofilter host ping graph? I wouldn't worry about that being your actual latency as if your connection is taking a dump... you can't possibly have a latency of more than 800ms in a game of CoD, or you wouldn't connect/stay connected to that game. Have you recently changed themes on the miscellaneous page? Apparently the Netduma V2 theme causes this ping bug.
titofuenla
Are you using port forwarding ?. It is also error could be caused because you are using port forwarding, hyper traffic and geofilter If so, and you are using port forwarding go to settings and deactivate in port forwarding and activate UPNP,Then restart the Duma from miscellaneous. I hope you will be served the advice we gave you and that your problem will soon be solved.
Administrators Netduma Admin Posted March 3, 2018 Administrators Share Posted March 3, 2018 Hi Kev - if this has suddenly happened it's probably your ISP or a bad CoD server. How is it playing today for you? Could you run an internet diagnostics test on the router and let us know the results. Thanks
