duhitsrandy
For some reason I can not matchmake in monster hunter world on the ps4. I looked into this "50382-MW1" code and chalked it up to over stressed servers on their end. This weekend i had my PS4 at my gf's house though and noticed that matchmaking was working flawlessly. So today, get back to my house and try to get online and I get hit with this same "50382-MW1" code during matchmaking. The weird thing is if I search manually for a lobby Filter Search>default, i can see about 12 lobbies (didn't search while away to see what the normal lobby count is) and I can actually connect to these. I'm digging around to find my old router to do some tests myself and see if the netduma settings are causing the issue, The only thing i can think that is different than the different then the default settings is the anti flood algorithm is set to reactive instead of preemptive(suggestion found from a youtube video posted here to fix a ww2 xboxone issue) but i haven't noticed any changes switching that since I got home. Has anyone else experienced/fixed this?
BIG__DOG
There may be no support for that game but I am sure Netduma staff will confirm this. All I can suggest is that when playing that game disable geo filter and rely on congestion control. Sorry I cannot be of any more help but I am 99.9% sure that is what is your problem. Has anyone else experienced/fixed this? This could well be the Netduma causing it as we haven't yet tested Monster Hunter World. It's becoming a really popular game though so I've suggested we get it in the office and test it. If you disable the Geo-Filter, does this error happen? When the error occurs, do you see any blocked servers on the Geo-Filter map? If you do see any blocked servers, please could you provide us with the ID's for those servers here and we'll see if they need to be whitelisted on our cloud database. Let us know how it goes! I'm playing MHW myself, and I'm really curious to see how the Geo-Filter handles it. When you search for an online session, I'm guessing the Geo-Filter will just block sessions outside the radius from appearing on the list. I'm thinking this game will never be fully compatible though since the online systems are pretty complex. Still, thanks for bringing this to our attention - feel free to let us know in another thread if you have any more issues
