imts_maul
The update downloads as a ".zip" and is unable to convert to ".img" so it will not allow me to update my XR500..

Hi maul, you need to unzip and take the .img file out. Then upload it to the router: https://kb.netgear.com/000053269/XR500-Firmware-Version-2-1-0-

Had to go by work and pick up the laptop to get it done.. All good now, thanks for the response. Netduma Fraser and Netduma Jack
Administrators Netduma Iain Posted January 15, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 15, 2018 Glad you're sorted ints_maul. We are going to let NETGEAR know to provide the img file directly instead of a zip file on their site. imts_maul
