try to find that lower ping state and try to move your ping assist wile you searching

I have always games like 12-15 ms ping... but i think the ipv6 is a good thing... i had really good games but with disable deep packet and enable all ipv6.. try with hyper lane and port 3074 udp both option in hyper lane too...
