interface wont load

 Idk what happened but my geofilter interface wont load and my browser would say it timed out. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Connect directly via ethernet to the router then try again. 

 

If that doesn't work open a command prompt and do 'ipconfig' then screenshot results and post here please.

I fixed it.i made hard reset to netduma then i didn’t add anything in misc/port forwarding
