Put in the bandwidth you actually receive from your ISP, not what you pay for, otherwise Congestion Control won't work.

(But I might also have misunderstood what you're asking).

I pay for 200 from Comcast which is provisioned for 240 and I get 240 consistently. If you're not getting the speeds you pay for then you have bigger issues which you need Comcast to fix.

And just another tip...never use the speeds your getting thru your console as "reliable" as they are anything but.

Always go thru a wired computer and a reputable site.

Setup like this and see what speeds you get:

- Reactive Algorithm
- 100% anti-flood
- Reset device prioritisation
- Share excess enabled
- Disable IPv6 in WAN, LAN & misc
- Disable deep packet in misc
- Enable turbo mode
- Ensure the ethernet cables you're using connecting the R1 to hub & R1 to PC are Cat5e+/can handle your speeds.
- Do a wired speed test from a PC
