Have you got a screen shot of this host with a high ping and your Geo settings?

It looks like you have pinged the dormant host that was caught by ping assist outside of your radius. The actual host of the game though is the big circle within your radius. The ping assist dormant host could have pinged lower initially which is why it was caught or you lowered your ping assist number while it was already connected. Either way it's a dormant host so it's not connected at all during that game.
