danielm2008uk
Is it normal for the Netduma Router to just reset itself randomly? In the last couple of days, it seems to have reset itself on it's own twice and I have lost all my settings including those for congestion control and device manager. It's a pain as I have to set everything up all over again. I am a bit worried it might be someone trying to hack me, but normally I keep on top of things so I hope that won't be the case. I did have to a Factory reset the other day as something did not seem right. There hasn't beem any firmware updates as it is already set to the current version of 1.03.6h
BENORMOUS
Is the duma in a well ventilated place?can sometimes get too hot if it's not well ventilated, make sure it's not sat on a carpet Could also try unplugging the duma for ten minutes let it have a cold reboot
danielm2008uk
I'll try the 10 minute reboot. It is an a pretty well ventilated area so shouldn't overheating, plus I have a mobile air con to keep the room pretty cool to.
bagsta69
Just to add to what Ben has already advised, make sure that it is not to close to other electrical equipment such as cordless phones / bases etc. Also make sure that cookies are enabled in Misc settings. Also do you have any USB C devices in your network? It's not very likely that somebody is trying to hack you unless you have something to be hacked for in which case I am sure you would have things in place to circumvent such actions. Hope the above helps.
ColonicBoom
Once you set it up again, enable cookies, then reboot it from miscellaneous settings. Then it won't lose your settings.

danielm2008uk
Hi sorry it took me a while to get back. So far things have been ok, netduma hasn't reset itself and the connections seem alright. I've left it for the moment, but will certainly retry the above settings again should i need to. Thank you for your help.
