RayUiLi Posted May 18, 2017 Posted May 18, 2017 Hi I play on the xbox one and am having trouble finding games on FIFA. I don't have a problem joining eas servers when it comes to fut champs or pro clubs, but I can't connect to other players peer to peer. I also don't have the geo filter enabled and I still can't find games. I was told that if it wasn't on that it would be treated like a regular router. I just need help with this, thanks.

Hey, welcome to the forum! The first thing to do would be to check your NAT. It could be that you have a moderate / strict NAT type which is preventing you from connecting peer to peer. You can check in the Xbox network settings - and there may also be a NAT indicator in the game as well. If you do have a moderate / strict NAT, try following this guide: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022359-how-do-i-open-my-nat- Since the Geo-filter is disabled, you are correct in that the Netduma is acting just like a standard router. In Fifa however, you should be able to enable it with peer to peer matchmaking (Seasons) and get good results. Please let us know if your NAT isn't open

I can play other games just fine, it's just FIFA with it's peer to peer that I can't play. I tried disabling IPv6, maximizing the geo filter all the way, still no luck. I know it's the netduma doing this because my other router works perfectly fine to find games on fifa.
ColonicBoom Posted May 19, 2017 Posted May 19, 2017 There was a huge spike in 'down reports' on EA servers today.
RayUiLi Posted May 19, 2017 Author Posted May 19, 2017 There was a huge spike in 'down reports' on EA servers today. Yeah but I've had this problem before as well. I stopped using the router because of it. I'm just bring up the issue again because it still hasnt changed for me but I'd like to be able to use this router for fifa.

Try reflushing the cloud (by clicking "apply" on the cloud again) and make sure you have auto cloud enabled.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 20, 2017 Administrators Posted May 20, 2017 Even though you have the Geo-filter disabled do you see anything being blocked on the map when searching?
