cant access router from pc browser

Recommended Posts

Not sure I understand your issue, You can connect to the router interface via wifi?

But not via wired connection?

How do you have things set up.

Modem r1, modem iso router r1 etc.

Maybe the reason you can't connect is probably because you have changed the host address on the NETDUMA. All you need to do it find out what you have changed it to.

Check here for assistance.

Just sorry most help is UK GMT time based. there are many USA time based helpers. but it depends if they are online.

Don't worry though with a bit of patience we will get you sorted.

That was your actual IP address which I've removed. In ipconfig it showed that? On DHCP settings it was definitely enabled? Doesn't sound like it's doing any routing.

Do ipconfig /release in cmd prompt and press enter, then do ipconfig /renew and press enter. Then try accessing the Netduma interface again through 192.168.88.1 or http://r1

Make sure you haven't go a static IP set up on your PC as well.

So, I went to my local big box store and bought the cheapest router they had. Brought it home and plugged it in. Within a few seconds I was connected and browsing. Tried plugging the netduma into that router and connecting to it. Nothing again, also nothing on my computer when I plugged into the netduma in this configuration. The netduma is currently on its way back to amazon. Debating on whether to try another one or not.

Usually the Netduma is pretty straightforward to set-up, but something went wrong in this case. If you decide to get a Netduma and it happens again, we'll book you in for a 1 on 1 and get to the root of the issue. It's unfortunate that you decided to return it since it definitely wasn't unfixable, but I understand that it was an annoying issue.

Let us know if you choose to grab a Netduma again and we'll prioritise giving you 1 on 1 support. We guarantee that you'll get a better gaming experience once it's set up correctly.

Replacement router came in middle of the week. I was up and running within 10 minutes. Everything connected right away. Love seeing where all Bungie is trying to match me for a game. Glad that those connections are rejected now. Thanks guys.
