iAmMoDBoX
the modem is bridged 100% sure about that? Could've updated and reset the settings. When you go to device manager, what does it say under WAN IP? Does it show your public IP address from http://whatismyip.comor does it show a local IP like 192.168.xx.xx? ColonicBoom
You need to answer the questions and provide the info that I asked for. We can't just guess at what the problem is.

iAmMoDBoX
WAN ip is disabled Wan IP can't be disabled or you wouldn't have internet access lol Go to device manager It will say WAN IP: and if it shows the same IP address as your public IP then your modem is in bridge mode. If it shows 192.168.1.x or something similar then your modem is not in bridge mode. I don't care what your ISP told you.

Either a server problem, which is unlikely... Or an ISP problem which is pretty much out of your control. Could be something as simple as a bad cable or splitter in your house. You can use pingplotter to run a test for a few hours on your connection or use DSL reports smokeping

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 12, 2017 Administrators Share Posted February 12, 2017 What you're likely experiencing is a graphical glitch as it is HIGHLY unlikely you're actually getting a ping that high. Make sure you're using Google Chrome and on the default theme of the router. Also this will help with uploading the screenshots: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022394-how-do-i-take-a-screenshot-
