Rxtxpanda
I've been having consistent issues with the wireless network just dropping out and requiring a reboot of the hardware. So far I've tried all the solutions of other forum posts. Router was fine for approx 2 months time, now it requires reboot 1-2 times a day. Wi-Fi work around has been ticked/unticked, on least congested channel, away from other electronics, etc. Please help?
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted December 30, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted December 30, 2016 Hey Is this only Wifi - it doesn't happen when wired?
Rxtxpanda
It'll drop the wireless network completely, but hardwire seems fine. Unfortunately my PC I can't hardwire, as router is in family room.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 30, 2016 Administrators Share Posted December 30, 2016 Hey, welcome to the forum! Are you using PSK2 for WiFi security? If not change to that and see if it persists.
Rxtxpanda
Was using psk2, problem persisted. Switched back due to connection issues(several devices wouldn't connect when using PSk2)

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 1, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 1, 2017 Do a factory reset from miscellaneous settings and see if that resolves your issue.
Rxtxpanda
I have now tried all recommendations, including factory reset. Dropouts are still occurring
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 4, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 4, 2017 I don't know what your speeds are but can you try disabling turbo mode and switching to the preemptive algorithm and see if it persists please. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 5, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 5, 2017 Post in the 1 on 1 thread and I can take a look. If that doesn't work we can sort out a replacement.
